What This Policy Covers
This policy describes how AIMS Clinical collects and uses information gathered through the aimsclinical.com website, including inquiry forms, contact requests, and general site activity. It applies to marketing and sales interactions only.
It does not cover Protected Health Information (PHI) processed through the AIMS clinical application. PHI handling is governed by HIPAA and the Business Associate Agreement entered into with each clinical customer.

- Role and specialty information you voluntarily provide to help us route your inquiry to the right team.

How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, schedule product demonstrations, and communicate with you about AIMS Clinical products and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
